Chili and Mango Salsa Prawn Dip

Chili and Mango Salsa Prawn Dip.

You will need:

Cooked king prawns

½ red chili, finely chopped

½ medium red onion, finely chopped

1 Mango


1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

What to do:

In a bowl. place the chopped mango, chili, mint and onion and mix. Add vinegar

and mix well. Add prawns to your salsa and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.

Place prawns on a serving dish and spoon over marinade. Serve with a wedge of

lemon and sprig of fresh mint.

The salsa is also lovely over chicken or fish.
